Who are we?
We are Clara and Lewis, a young couple from Réunion — in love with life, and just as passionate about real estate investment.
In 2016, we started thinking about building assets to secure our family's future 👪 👪
After some research, we were able to buy our first one-bedroom apartment in 2017, rented out unfurnished.
After a few months of renting it out, we realized that our investment wasn't profitable and was even losing us money.
💪WE HAD TO ACT💪
So we decided to invest a few thousand euros in books and training from real estate experts.
A few months after our first purchase, we took action again and we continued investing.
We then had the idea of rebalancing the loss from our first purchase, mainly by carrying out renovations and adding good furniture and beautiful decor.
And today, this apartment is run as a vacation rental with a whole system of optimization, automation and management ultra high-performing and efficient and it makes us money.
Thanks to the expertise we gained, we decided to create our Airbnb concierge service on Reunion Island to help owners who see themselves in our story, as well as those who want to significantly grow their business.
